Permanent Assignments

We maintain a database of currently over 11,000 candidates, and each year we continue to take on more new clients, and help them fill their permanent vacancies. We work hand in hand with HR professionals and resourcing partners and regularly meet our clients to ensure that we are exceeding the requirements and standards set.

Every assignment we take on we conduct an extensive candidate search process. We network amongst our colleagues, who support each other to find the right people. We don’t work in silos or work like other typical recruitment companies who have restrictive processes in place. Our priority is the client, and finding the best, most suitable individuals to join their organisations.

We don’t submit CVs on a speculative basis to clients, as we know that this doesn’t fit in with their resourcing ethos. Every candidate is submitted for one specific vacancy, and we only proceed to this stage if we have the candidate’s express permission.

Each candidate experiences a personal service, as does each client. We ensure that we approach each candidate for a specific vacancy, interview them, take references, talk to them about their goals and present their information professionally and succinctly to ensure that their outlook is perfectly aligned with that of our clients.
